This company called my daughter regading her past due tuition for college and actually threatened her with jail. They call her cell phone, my cell phone, and my home phone despite numerous requests to stop calling the cells that I pay for and instead send me correspondence via mail and they refuse. I asked to have the "monitored call" pulled where the individual threatened my daughter with jail and they have refused. I will never pay them and will pay my daughter's college directly to ensure they never see a dime. They are the rudest, law breaking bullies that I have ever encountered and I pity anyone else unfortunate enough to have to deal with them. THEY ARE CRIMINALS!

I totally agree. I don't even know the person they have been calling to collect from!!,;by the way they've been calling my home number for over three years now and we don't even know a Brock Alderman. Rude, just like you said, BULLIES!!! I'm sorry for your encounter with them as I can totally understand.
They call me repeatedly and inform thay they are not telemarketing and ask me to give a call
they are a college loan collection company. This is legit. Either you or someone related to you has outstanding college debt they are trying to collect. If you don't pay them, the Federal Government can attach your paycheck & take it themselves!
