Person called and left a vague message about needing to talk about "a matter" and left a reference number. Message was for my step-brother, who I have only met a handful of times in general and haven't seen or talked to in over 6 years. I don't even have his contact information.

I received a call on my home phone from Stuart Franklin. He was looking for my fiance's father and said that it was important for me to share this contact information. The caller refused to tell me the name of his company - just that it was urgent that I pass along the message.

I called the 800 number he left and asked for the name of the company. The woman said "United Bureau". When I googled United Bureau and the 800 number, I found many comments with similar stories.

This is very odd.
