User stating my credit is good and they can lower my interest rates...they asked if I knew what Experian was. I told them I don't have any credit cards and they hung up. Caller ID showed Bank of America. No 3rd party company is going to cold call you to lower interest rates, you deal with that directly with the creditor or debt settlement company.
