This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and still further by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. They fail to provide a physical address or phone number when asked, yet further violating the TCPA, and the continue to place their illegal scam calls after being repeatedly asked to remove the number from their call list. Their recording states that the victim will make thousands of dollars every week with nothing to sell just by using their marketing system. This is clearly some form of pyramid scheme since there is no mention of any product or service being sold, let alone any emphasis on the product or its qualities. Do not provide this scammer with any personal information.
