I got a call to state that I am being sued by United Cash Services for an unpaid loan taken in either January or February of 2011. I knew that it was fraudulent becasue the lady said that I should have received something in the mail. When I began to asked more questions, she stated that I would not have gotten anything in the mail because they would like to resolve this issue without going to court if I agreed to settle the dispute if I paid them $626.00. Once I told her that I was going to pull my credit report and get my bank statements, she told me to call back tomorrow. I knew to investigate because I never took out a payday loan. When I tried to call back, I got a voice mail then it stated that an error has occurred.

omg!, the same thing been happening to me, that joseph garner and a certain adam, been calling me and my job telling me that i need to have my attorney calling them because i took a loan from them and i refuse to pay them back, the only way to stop it is if i pay them 358.00 dollars ASAP!, i was like this is some bull, because i never aplied for any loan with UNITED CASH LOAN( as they call they scam company), they're so rude, his nasty indian accent was completely hard to understand, when ii asked him to speak a lil bit louder, he yelled at me and asked me if im hard of hearing , when i asked him let me talk to adam ( his associate), because he was such a rude ass, when he finally does, i explain to adam wht joseph did, but all he was doing was laughin at me, and finally he said,; we do not wanna talk to you, we wanna speak with your attorney, and hung up on me. i was soo pissed.
wht scares me the most is that they have my social, the last for digit they say, my work info, my suppervisor name that is whats creepin me out
if theres a way to stop them, or remove my information from them please let me know
