Called said they are a collection agency contracted by the IRS. They asked me for my address but I explained that if they got this account from the IRS, they should already have my address. They were very insistent but I told them to mail me something and make sure it has their official letterhead. I don't give out information over the phone to those soliciting me. # Blocked.

Called with ID as "Account Services", I answered - silence, then they asked for name (butchered it), I muted, they announced hanging up, then they did. I checked number here, they now Blocked!
