they ask for the owner by name and when I say he's not available, can I take a message, they hang up, her name is Karen Brown from "Brightview" something.. which is a job we landed - when I asked where again, she hung up. I called the number back so I could hang up on her and they answered "Publishing" I asked for Karen Brown and they asked if they could tell her who is calling I said no, and they hung up on me. Can't wait for that # to come thru again, no chance in hell they're hanging up on me again. I will beat her to the punch.
