Cruise - He claimed it was a "political survey", but asked NO questions. There was no survey involved. He attempted to sell me a 3-day cruise for two to the Bahamas for $118. His supervisor got on the phone and told me I had to pay $118 port tax in order to "lock in" my cabin for an unspecified future date, again claiming that this "sales pitch" (his words) only took place after the "political survey" (which never occurred).
We were told we were being offered Free Caribbean Cruises. When asked how they got our number we were told we'd answered a recent political survey call. When asked if there were any up front costs we were told no. When questioning how much we would be out of pocket for the entire cruise we were told $118 per person. Limit of 4 to be paid up front. They didn't seem to understand that the word free actually means free.
Cruise
"Free" cruise, though from all the other complaints online, they charge your credit card for hundreds of dollars.
They start off claiming that it is a political survey and then they morph it to a ptich for a Cruise and ask for credit card information to "hold" the reservation.
