This is the Capital One phone number for customer service.

Someone could be texting scams trying to get you to text back, but 800-227-4825 is the actual number for capital one customer service printed on the back of the card. Don't reply to the text, call the number on the back of the card.

No they did not call me but they are trying to give me the wrong product that I didn’t order and they won’t answer their phone. They won’t answer the email
