Received Notice of Intent to Levy Social Security Benefits by mail with return call demand to J.S. Brown 800-231-9258 - also no return address on envelope other than "Seizure Unit F-Stop 6-B8". Presorted Postmarked Envelope - Permit #14954 - Los Angeles, CA. I live in Honolulu, Hawaii.

800-231-9258,left message and sent letter they will attach my social security if I don't pay. Name is Benefits Suspension Unit, Stanislause County..no address, contact J.S. BROWN.
