They collect for medical accounts and are in Timonium Maryland. They're legit what are known to break the law once in awhile.

I very nice rep from MBROI called, confirmed my personal information as per the HIPAA regulations and confirmed that I had a debt from July 2016. He told me who the debt was with and confirmed I never received a bill. As he confirmed my address I confirmed that my apartment number should be added and that's why I probably never received a bill. He was very professional and friendly and confirm he will mail me a bill so that I can pay it. I confirmed I will be most happy to. Simple and done deal.
