I ended up blocking this number because of how many times a day they call. It's very rare that they leave a voice message, but most of the time they don't. I understand that it's an automated voice system (so there is no name that is given in the message) but still, it's harassment, and it needs to stop.

Apparently calling former phone number holder. The number has been reassigned 4 yrs .. Govt should give the student loan collections contract to a sharper organization. No student debt here!

This number is always calling my home. I screen my calls and this one never identifies who they are or why they are
calling and never ever leave a voice mail. So tired of these calls.

They don't have the right to call my phone number! They need to lose my phone number and not to call back or I will sue them!

Recently applied for a loan consolidation for student loans through Great Lakes. My account is in good standing. They randomly call me and do not leave a message. When I call back to inquire the reps inform me that their system makes random automated called. These unwarranted calls are harassment and must be stopped.

Stalkers! Their business practice of calling twice a day from no less then fifty (315) area code numbers assigned to them. I really feel this is a criminal situation of harassment. I am on the verge of changing my number to stop them from calling. I'm going to send my bill to them after I do.

They asked me for a $599.00 pay!ent for "helping" with my loan payment! They even send me notices in the mail saying to pay my loans through them! They are liars and are only after money that dosent belong to them!

I just got a call from this number on my cell phone and they were asking for a woman but I do not remember the name. They said that my cell phone number was the one given to them. They mentioned something about a loan.

If you have any Stafford loans you might want to check into that. Go back to the educational institution and request the information or you can try accessing your information through http://www.nslds.ed.gov/nslds_SA/ This is what they called me for. I knew my 'time' was coming but was having a very difficult time tracking down who was servicing my loan. First it was USBank, then it was another company, and now it is Great Lakes. They've called several times in the last two weeks, but don't leave a message. I've now registered with them and am paying off what I owe.
