Saying they are calling about a burglar alarm going off. I don't have ADT.

Received a call twice this week. Missed both of the calls, had my grandmother and me in a panic, and they left an automated message with the correct ADT # 800-238-2727. However, the phone call was made from 800-239-2727. Notice the change in the number they left and what they called from. I returned the call from my office phone, playing it safe, and it is a sales solicitation for everything from Direct Tv to Medicaid. A Scam! I will reach out to ADT and let them know so they could possibly if they care, send a notice to their customers that this call comes in with the caller ID saying "ADT.1800-239-2727 Security" when it is not ADT.

I have ADT. Someone from this number was from ADT and they called from this number when smoke alarmed activated. I'm glad that they called.

We got a phone message about someone else's address. I called and after many rings heard grumpy man's voice prompting me to leave a message. Very Dubious this was actually ADT!

ADT security my butt. They called me at 10:50 pm. No message left, and my alarm company is NOT with ADT. Blocked them for sure!
