Some kind of scam...leaves messages purporting to be involved in notifying some person (that you presumably know or are) about some "claim" filed against them or some "case"...its all some kind of a scam, not sure of the exact nature of it. It could even be debt collectors. But there is no reason to answer this number, and you should NOT answer AND block the numbers. Note, they will then try calling from other 800 or 855 numbers. Bottom line, you really should screen ALL calls except for the people you regularly talk to.
