(800) 260-5570

I have receieved 5 phone calls yesterday and one today 7/15/09. Doesn't this company have something better to do. I will not answer my phone at all. I'm also on the "do not call list", how do they get around this call list?

I have caller ID, either it just comes up NCO or just the 800 number, looked online and seen it is this company NCO Financial answered the calls no one answers back, also seen many other people are having the same problem. Just keep calling day and night. Called them back and told them to take my number off their list, well that didn't work still calling.

This is a collection company. They are looking for someone who gave them MY INFORMATION and now has debt in MY NAME with a credit card.
They also used the 'bait & switch' caller id spoofing practice to use a friend's work number as the number that shows up when they call me. (Can we say illegal?)
Also, I googled NCO and came up with the number of 1800-260-5570 to call them (as they don't show the right number on caller id). This is located in MANILLO, PHILLIPENES! I talked to an agent named CARLOS and he informed me that they would keep calling until they got the information they needed. WHAT INFORMATION? The person they are calling for does not live here, nor have I ever heard of their name before! ALSO- I have had this same home phone number since 1997! So, can't be a mixup, has to be that someone has used my INFORMATION. I am so thoroughly upset right now that my blood is boiling. These people call me day and night at least 3 times a day. That is harrassment, also the caller id switching thing also has me wondering, "How do they know that I call my friend at work? Do they have my phone records?" ALSO ILLEGAL! Oh God, what do I do?
