they called wrong phone number, I don't use that number for icloud, Icloud is nearly full from a rarely used ipad mini, left 6 robo call voice mails.

This actually is Apple's support phone number Scammers have used it to provoke their scam. Claims your account has been hacked. If you actually call it back it is Apple support
