MCM calls me several times a week from two different numbers, 866-580-4780 and 800-265-8825. Unfortunately they purchased one of my credit card debts and even though I am making monthly payments to them they robocall me as much as 20 times a week. I've already explained to them that I screen my calls and I will not return a call if no message is left on my voicemail identifying the caller and why they are calling. Apparently they aren't good listeners. They have also tried to make changes to the payment agreement without prior notification. I have had to be very firm about sticking to the original terms. I will be very happy when I can kick them to the curb.

Calls at different times. Leaves no messages. I just hear music, general noise, and some voices which appear to be talking in the background.

Bad business, i owed a certain amount, they hound you for bank info, manager says they dont call. Told them i would make 2 payments to pay off debt. They wanted my bank info now or no deal. I told them i would send the smallest payment possible which i did. They still call

if you tell them that they are calling a cell phone or work phone they have to stop calling. there is a law that they can only call home phones. good luck :)

I am so tired of these people harassing me. I have told them over and over again when they can send me a paper copy of what I supposely owe then I will make arrangements to get it paid. They refuse to send me any papers so I refuse to pay. They keep calling 10 to 11 times a day back to back.

We do not owe these people anything, yet they call at least 20 times a week. This is an unlisted number and would not have been given to any creditors anyhow, even if we had them!

I have been getting at LEAST 3 calls from these people, 7 days a week, starting at 8am and going as late as 7-8pm at night. I have answered several times, repeating the SAME thing over and over.

It's for an T-Mobile old bill, that per my records was less than 500 when they sent me my "final notice" (I'd lost my job) and that they were sending me to collections. MCM is telling me I owe over 1000 dollars now.

If the calls and the bill weren't enough, I have told them over and over, that I am a student, I am living off of the good graces of family after losing my job, I do not have unemployment or any income that I can use to pay. Their response? "Ok ma'am, I see that you have said before that you are unable to pay due to no work and no money, and you have told me today you are unable to pay due to no work and no pay. I am going to put this down as a refusal to pay."

Really? Refusal to pay? I'm seriously ready to block this number.

if you truley owe anyone anything call
THEM. do not go through this ''company' or nuber for ANYTHING! it is a spam. if you give them information such as your credit card number, ss number, or even a first and last name,they can and most of the time will sell your information. the best thing to try is to tell them that they are calling a call phone or buisness. thsi is a law that they have to follow and they should stop calling. if not make sure you tell them u will be reporting them. this should help. goodluck.
