(800) 265-8825

I was called by a Peter Pak 18002658825, ID No. 53960 and says he's one of the exec's of this Midland Collections. Trying to get me for a bill that was made way back in 2004. Please call them and tell them to stop.

Midland Credit with the number of 800-265-8825 called me about a Bill that was paid 10 YEARS AGO! THey said that they would continue to call. I looked on the internet and found out that they have been harrassing other people as well regarding accounts that HAVE BEEN PAID. I called the actual company that I paid the account off with and they said THIS IS A SCAM AND NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT BUT I AM GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IF THEY CONTINUE TO CALL BECAUSE I DONT LIKE THAT THEY KNOW MY NUMBER. How did they get it? I want to submit this complaint!

The man called and asked for a person by name and I said this is the wrong number and his tone became very nasty and he asked, " who are you, and do you knoe the person?" I asked, who are you, and he was reluctant to give me a name, and then he said abruptly, this is Alex Smith, now give me her number and I refused to do so. I asked him again for his name and his number, and he gave it to me and said in a degrading tone, give her my information and have her call me. I am not the person, but I was not willing to tell him anything.

A person called Max called X53543 and threatened that we have #3000 debt with cards that we canceled 5 years ago.
