Robo call, then makes you hold to connect to a person. They call for money before your bill is due, after due, and even more annoying to try and sell you a different package. 5-18 calls a day is the worse part.

It doesn't say, it only asks for a call back number or lets you go to an automated payment center. It says comcast cable at one point, but then it starts to sound more like its someone phishing and pretending they are a cable company.

already told them i'm not the person that they looking for, and i swear they are the dumbest people. First, if someone own them money will they still stick on the number and let them call? second, my voice mail very obvious mentioning my name, and they can heard that is not the person they been looking for.

OMFG I HATE COMCAST, 20 missed calls a day 0 voicemails, when I did answer they wanted to sell me HBO to get me locked back into a contract... calls did not start until the day after my contract was up and now this is just ridiculous. I recently switched to century link and had to change my phone number... F*** COMCAST

I now call them Commie cast. I just paid my past dew bill and they call me 1 hr later. I changed to another TV service because they didn't have the service I wanted, now I 'm going to drop my net service because they call for every reason under the sun..
