I called them repeatedly...i mean back to back to back..like 20 times. They started hanging up on me. They did know my name.

Scam! Claiming to be from Social Security Administration Federal Crime & Investigation Dept. "We need to talk with you as soon as possible" same script used as all the YouTube videos about these scammers.
