Sent letter for Georgia taxes. Says an investigation will be started if payment is not made in seven days......and they intend to "seize assets and property". Letter is titled "Tax Investigation - 2B". They sent to my wife and don't include me even though we file jointly. Scammers.

Received a letter, ,more like a junk mail tri-fold letter. Stating that this warrant has been issued against the above named debtor(s)because of the tax debt that has not been paid in full. This isn't an arrest warrant....They also threatened that they will garnish wages and bank accounts, property seizures, federal tax refund offset, property lien. Get a life and stop scamming people during this very tough times with Covid 19 !
