Harrasses me at work & cell.

Collection agent of some sort. Called my cell phone. Asked for Annette. Don't know any Annette, and he obviously did not believe me. I asked him to quit calling. He laughed. I told him it's a pre-paid cell and it's costing me me money. He replied "Then don't answer and it wont' cost you anything". I said "For one, I can't remember your number from call to call, and for two, you'd just leave a voice mail and it would cost me money anyway." He laughed again. I told him to stop calling me, or I'd report him to the FCC and the ACA. He said "Stop screaming" (I wasn't). Then he got really nasty. He was still talking when I hung up. One FCC report coming up........

Continues to call me at work although I have stated to him on two separate occasions that I am not allowed to have personal phone calls at work. So he called my cell phone. I repeated to him that I can not take personal phone calls at work.

I ignored it! I never pick up 800 numbers, it's no good.
