Danielle calls several times a day, every single day, leaving messages that she wants to help me with pain management. I have no idea who she is. I keep blocking the numbers she calls from but somehow she keeps getting through & now my phone doesn't even ring when she calls, a voicemail just pops up which is very weird and concerning. This is Definitely a SCAM!!! Very frustrating and irritating!

Yes, Danielle, calls daily if not several times a day about a pain management issue. I have never inquired and yet they call daily.

Call from 802-505-6549 but leaving 800-283-3692 for a call back number. Of course now I just blocked it, but she'll find another number to spoof. Getting tired of these spam calls

Got a call today... but that's not how the medical system works... no one can leave information about your medical condition unless you sign a waiver saying they can...so if the company isn't your doctors office, and they talk about a symptom or an illness... it's not someone you want to talk with...

I'm afraid they got me. I was at Dr. recently for pain when I got the call, it was a real person and they had correct information that they confirmed. Got my insurance number, medication list, surgeries. Talked to a person who got all the informaiton then had me electronically sign to get supplies. Everything seemed legit. Talked to Michaela to confirm order. Then talked to nurse and doctor who asked if I had any more questions. I was told that I could confirm the order with my dr. I'm frustrated because I know it is scam now and I fell for it. I have tried to contact insurance company, etc. I'm trying to get this stopped. Hopefully I'll be able to find some help. Anyone have recommendations? The informaiton I agreed to was legal sounding with the name UNIVERSAL MEDICAL BENEFITS, LLC, (UNI). I tried to call back on both numbers I was given to cancel and they are both "no longer in service."

The name of the company is Complete Medical Solutions at 800-283-3692. They called me twice yesterday. I called them to inform them to take my number off their list and do not call me again. I wasn't so nice though. They called twice again today. I called again and the lady I spoke to this time informed me that when you call back your number is put into their system again. This is so bogus. Just do not answer or answer and hang up on them.

Left voice message about pain. Talking about items I ordered, and I never ordered any items for pain. Left 11 voice mails on my phone. Very Annoying!
