A "courtesy call" from Cigna to discuss health insurance

I think that this is Cigna Health, pharmacy program. I just hang up on them.
They call me up to 3 times a day and never leave a message. I never answer, if they need me that bad they will leave a message.

It's Cigna Tel-Drug trying to sell you home delivery of prescription drugs. They call me several times a day every day, including weekend mornings. I've asked them to take me off their list and have told them no, but they are relentless.
