I didn't receive a phone call but received several letters about a case that is not associated with anything of mine. They requested I call the 800 number. I did and they did not identify themselves, so I hung up.
Not only did they call me but they used profanity. I was appalled at this. This person not only is a crook but a disgusting individual. No one should have to be subjected to this.

They called and left a message telling me they were going to reduce all my interest rates to 0%. I don't even have credit cards.

don't hang up.. let them talk. then say WHAT. wait until they stop again. say WHAT again. repeat until they hangup. say nothing other than WHAT. Waste their time to F up their metrics
