"William Fields", "Mike Salerno" and "supervisor, Jen Schaeffer" all work for this same collection agency, PDL Recovery Group. They are collectors of bad debt. I don' t believe they ever do anything but lie and harrass people to pay. Don't talk to them at all. Just send a Cease and Desist letter. If they keep bugging you get a lawyer to send them something.
