They are trying to push insurance-based services upon me, thinking that I have previously asked for these services to be offerred to me. This request for online insurance quotes was apparently performed by an individual named Mike Matoni, but he gave my telephone number to them instead of his own number. I do not, nor have ever known anyone named Mike Matoni.

Lucre, Inc., 4011 plainfield ave, grand rapids, michigan. This is the company that owns this number. They also make similar calls fromm a Grand Rapids area phone number. I've filed a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General's office at https://secure.ag.state.mi.us/complaints/donotcall.aspx . Maybe they'll take action.

I get calls from this number every once a day on my work phone.
I also get calls from (616) 980-1306 every two hours. I wonder if they are related. I never pick up. Next time i'm going to put them on hold so they can listen to music all day.

Although now that I think of it, I may have used my work phone number to sign up for a free magazine.
