No name on the caller ID, no messages on the answering machine. When tthe call comes when I am home the phone rings 3 times and then quits. I've grabbed the phone on the 2nd ring and there is nobody there.

I've seen several similar complaints on the number 800-290-5130 so it must be the same place.
