This is not an insurance company; its a debt collection agency claiming to be one which is a violation of Federal Law. This is great ammunition for a counter lawsuit.

Selling insurance and asking to give quote for new insurance. I told them this is my cell phone, do not call and put me on a don't call list. Although my number is already listed in do-not-call list. 13 calls in 4 days.
