Here is the mailing address for a company that claims that there role is just to answer calls for the company. I called (800) 393-8537 after they called me from the 800-290-5898.

She stated that they only answer calls that come in but don't make the calls, which is not true as I matched the background noise completely when talking to the caller who wouldn't add me to their list and the one I called to complain. I'm pretty sure that was the same person too but they totally played dumb.

Who knows if that is legit but what I've been doing is calling them every hour to ask them to remove me over and over and over again. If they do remove me I may still keep calling. I'd say do it and eventually they'll drop their "client" that makes them make these phone calls.

Kim, I am NOT a spokesman for Lemberg or anyone else, so please do not think I am benefitting at all from encouraging you to take legal action. After months (and I mean MONTHS) of calls from these idiots five times a day (just like they're doing to you!), I got fed up and contacted an attorney and I promise you, hand on heart, it is the BEST thing I ever did. They stopped overnight! Yes, it was nice to get a $750 settlement, BUT that doesn't begin to compensate me for the aggravation they put me through. But the silence I now have a result of getting an attorney is absolutely GOLDEN!

Best way to find out who's calling is put TRAP CALL on your phone. wprks with all cells and landlines. Clears private calls and 800 numbers. Don't need a lawyer , but they will.
