We have been receiving 2 to 4 page faxes two to three times a day from DSM for months now. We have called over 20 times to have our number removed. We have been told every time that our number would be removed. It wasn't. We have faxed their faxes with "Remove our number" on them we still receive their faxes.

I have even blocked their fax phone number, but faxes still come through. I do not believe that they are faxing from the number on their faxes.

Recently I filed a complaint with the Indiana Attorney General against DSM for violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. I have not had any response yet from Indiana. Today I investigating the Texas Attorney Generals Website to file a complaint with them.

My suggestion is that everyone file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General, maybe we can get a class action suit going against DSM.

I was receiving four pages each day from DSM and finally got it to stop but they sent me some free samples of electrodes and when I said I did not like them they started again - every day four pages of junk. I have used fax blocker on my machine and still persists. The fax number on the page is different from what shows up on my machine. Seems no way to stop it now.

Persistent junk faxes. I've left messages and faxed them to remove me from their fax list and have filed complaints with the Federal Communication Commission. Yet, the junk faxes persist, waisting my fax paper, fax toner and my expensive fax drum.

The only way to stop this is to do it in numbers with the Texas Attorney General and the Dallas TX Distrct Attorney. Go to The Texas Attorney General Website-Consumer Protection-File a Complaint-Telephones & Faxes. You will need the company info which is DSM Supply 11837 Judd CT Suite106E, Dallas, TX 75243, 214-570-0089. Owners name is Scott Malcolm. Once you have done this you can also contact the Dallas Police and file a police report. Once the police report has been processed it will go to the Dallas District Attorney and charges can be filed against him.

With regards to DSM Supply and their unwanted faxes, the FCC is a waste of time. I have filed a dozen complaints with the FCC. You might as well call DSM to ask to be removed from their fax list. Same result: NOTHING! It is grossly frustrating. It seems the FCC is encouraging vigilantism. Someone should pay cousin Guido to pay this DSM Supply company a visit. Sure, you can sue them, fiddle with the attorney general in Missouri or wherever. It's a waste of time and money. As I see it, the only way to get any where would be to "rearrange" their fax files. This probably is not going to happen, so load your fax machine with paper and ink and let the sh*t flow in. It seems there is nothing you can do. Another impotent money sucking government agency not doing their job.

I have repeatedly requested removal from these three (3) page junk faxes over the past three (3) years. A year ago I filed a FCC complaint and after recently calling them to find out the status of my complaint they told me to file a harassment complaint with the Attorney General. I did that in October 2010. Nothing seems to stop this company. If you check out "DSM Supply Compaints" on Google you will be amazed. It is not only junk faxes but the products as well that people have problems with. This company should be forced to close or at least obay the law. There MUST be a way to stop them.

I once had harrassing collection calls to my daughter's phone nubmer. Each time they called I filed a written and verbal complaiunt with the FTC since she did not owe them anything.
When it continued, I started sending repetitive faxes to their 1-800 numbers, merely returning their calls. It finallhy stopped.
I told the FTC rep I was not afraid of physical theats because I have a concealed weapons permit like many texas residents.

This company has NO professional ethics what so ever!! Do you research people...look up how many complaints from various sites and they will tell you ILLEGAL ACTION is their second name.

I have called about 6 times this year to have them remove our number from their spam fax list. Today I called and the first gal stated: I dont really care" then hung up. So I called back and started asking who was in charge. They gave me Scott Malcolm's name and Marci( who appartently doesnt have a last name).

We are filing a complaint in Chicago to sue them( which if anyone doesnt know this, ANY company can be sued for advertising via spam fax). You should too!

I have called DSM Supply at the number on the spam fax ,1-800-285-2807 at least 8 times over the past year to get them to stop spam faxing. When I get the supervisor, Marcy , she tells me something different each time like " you're stuck in the computer "or we'll take care of it. It has'nt happened and the faxes keep coming. This outfit is at 6320 Brookside Plaza# 503 , Kansas City , MO 64113. The Ceo is Scott Malcolm who is unreachable it seems. I have filed an FCC complaint but that does'nt bother them. Also one with the California AG .Also, nowhere listed on the spam fax sheets, is a number where one can be removed.
If they don't care enough to respect one's wishes to remove one from the fax list , they don't deserve to be given anyone's business.

For all those out there trying to contact Mr. Malcolm, I have a NEW number. 817-328-1924, this will put you in touch with KD Factors and Financial Services, LLC which handles DSM accounts payable. With in four minutes of calling to make not yet another complaint about the continuous faxing but to discuss a bill for returned merchandise, Mr. Malcolm called himself. He assured me ALL faxes would stop (we"ll see) and I would no longer be receiving a bill for items returned. He called from 214-575-3511. Good luck to all and tell him I said HI :)

File complaints with the FCC. Although the FCC is slow to act, if enough complaints pile up, they should do something. If they don't, I'm looking for a man with a set of wire cutters for hire in Kansas City. Here is the link to the FCC complaint form:
