calls 20 times every day

They call about every hour and harrass me. I am going to have to change my cell number. I filed for bankruptcy last month, i have given transworld the docket #, case# and in 2 more weeks it will be discharged. The meeting of the Creditors has come and gone and Transworld never showed up. They just continue to call. Its funny , attorneys say "just tell the collection agency that you have filed bankruptcy, chapter 7, and give them the docket # and case# and they will stop calling." That is NOT true, Transworld continues to call. I have an automatic recorder on my phone that saves each calll that Transworld makes to a wave file with a date stamp, i have over 200 wave files from them so far. and they still continue to call. But I guess there is no legal recourse to take, i would love to sue them for violating the law, but they know its not enforceable. So i guess i will just change my phne number and get an unlisted cell phone. 9/29/2010

These people are ruthless, they are beligerent, rude and disrespectful. I had the most obnoxious man I dealt with and eventually had to speak to management and request another rep. I had a payment plan set up and they refused to stop pulling from my account or work with me after paying every month automatically from my checking for almost a year. They still call me multiple times a day, today it has already been 3 times.

These people call all hours of the day and night- weekends too! Its very annoying and sometimes they redial back to back calls. They have been call my cellphone number which is registered on the No Call List for sometime now --- before I started getting these calls ( about a month ago). I am sick of it!

Credit management services is caling me with an automated phone. I have no account witht hem. I am being harassed early in the morning and late at night. I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST FOR TELEMARKETERS.

They call pretty much every day and leave a message saying that they are collecting a debt. I have checked my records and yearly credit report and 100% sure nothing in debt. SCAM and REALLY annoying.
