Got call from 1-800-292-6666 Voice sounded foreign. Knew it was a scam.

Won't leave message and when I tried to call this number back it is "out of service"

federal Grant through ARRA for $9000. SCAM! It's all over the internet that this is a known scam. I frustrated the guy telling him to remove my number and don't call again. I said it was a scam and that you must apply for all grants. He said I was randomly selected from a demographic survey. I said he was full of shit. I recommended getting a real job and he hung up.
