I have had the same problem-we do have a ge money credit card (do not ever ever deal with these crooks, you'll gt a better deal with a loan shark) I had problems paying online ON A SUNDAY, WHEN THE BILL WAS DUE and After wasting pretty much the whole day, calling every number to find out that I need to call during regular business hours, even trying to pay by phone for a $10 fee on a Sunday only to find out they are closed. So I knew from the past that I would be getting slammed $39 for a late fee, even though I tried every avenue to avoid that only to be knocked down by NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE on the due date, and could not after a very long long time get the login to work online--it never did even on Monday when finally getting an English speaking person on the phone, who walked me through it--I have done this before, and it has and still does work for other companies--pretty much told me it was an id ten t error. ID10T error. Got a supervisor finally, and said all charges would be dropped and to mail it via usps and no late charge would be applied. OH YES THERE WAS--$35, $25, and they increased the min. pmt. from $34 to $70, and then had the nerve to send an URGENT email, to inform me that my $40 pmt was $12 short and needed to be paid that day by 5 pm--okay--online won't work, I will NEVER even try that for them--must be a bug in their system, I can pay everyone else online no problem--payment by phone is $10-15 (for a $12 charge????????) Which should not be there in the first place. Since then phone id says that from 9 in the morning till 9 at nite this number is calling, no message just a hang up--shut this piece of crap down--when I did call back I SPOKE TO A PERSON IN INDIA, WHO PRETTY MUCH SAID I LIED ABOUT TRYING TO PAY THIS BECAUSE THEY ARE THERE 24/7.

It is GE Money: Rooms to Go. My account is current and has never been late, but they do hangup calls 3-5 times a day 7 days a week to try and get the next payment early by autopay.

They should be prosecuted by the FTC for this harassment for no reason.

This is a computer generated call asking to call back to that number or visit the GE money website. When then number is called back they ask for an account number. I have never heard of them before and don't have an account with them. If you don't pick up the call they leave a recorded message. They call every day at least 5-6 times, even on the weekend.

GE Money constantly calls but does not leave a message??? What is with this....is this a legit company??? What kind of company calls their customer and does not leave a message on the customer's answer machine??? The company...Care Credit needs to find a better company to communicate with their customers. GE Money is a terrible company with terrible employees........the Attorney General's office needs to investigate GE Money.....and people who are harassed by GE Money needs to sue them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They need to be put out of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They've been calling me at work and on my cell. They usually speak to the secretary who tells them I'm not available because I am not. I did speak to them once and they insisted that my account is $70 past due. The only problem is I do not have an account with them. When I tell them that, they say they'll send me a dispute form that I have to complete and return to them. They then rattle off my old (20 months ago) mailing address and ask me to confirm it. Sounds like a phishing scam to me so I refused to confirm the address or give my new address.
Sometimes the messages say they are associated with Rooms-To-Go. This furniture store delivered furniture to my new address less than a year ago and they definitely have my new address. And I paid for the furniture with a Visa card. And it cost more than $70! And it was paid in full the following month. This sounds like a phishing scam!

The number they are calling belongs to my 13 yo son. He just got the number a week ago, and obviously has NO debt or credit cards of any kind. I called them back, got a rather unhelpful response that they didn't have his number in their database (so how can they POSSIBLY be calling him? sheesh) and the rep said he would pass the information to his management. We'll see. If they call again tomorrow, I will answer and speak to them again, as long as it takes to get this stupid issue fixed.

This # calls twice a day, never left a message. Now I hace Call Control set to pickup and hangup. Problem solved!

I started receiving calls from them about a month ago. They claim to be a collection agency. I have now installed call blocker which is set to pickup and hangup on blocked #s, great app.
