Okay, I really do have a matter with my local county JP court. I have outstanding traffic fines, and back in August I appeared in front of the judge. He granted community service as payment for my fines, and I was set up on a work agreement with a local non-profit agency. That's how we do things in this county. I am now 3/4 of the way through my assigned hours and should be done in a couple more weeks. Thus, the matter is being handled directly though the court. These jokers call and call and call, choking up my answering machine. They call when I'm not home so I can't speak to anyone. The one time that I did answer the phone, it was a recorded message advising me to call the above number regarding "an urgent business matter". Yet when I do call back, it goes straight to some elevator music. No company ID, no "You have reached... please hold...", nothing. I waited on hold for over 15 minutes, but nobody ever picked up the phone. They also mail letters advising me of this debt. But the letter claims that I owe thousands more than what I actually owe according to the court order. My hours for service were calculated based on my actual debt, about $2600. These 'wipes say that I owe almost $5000. I suspect they tacked on a bogus "collection fee" in addition to the fines and costs that are due to the court. Nice scam there, fellas.

I'm so sick of getting Nicholas Rodriguez calls every day. States that this is an "serious court matter", however doesn't have a name or reason for the call. Stinks of SCAM!! Any legit legal contact would come though a certified letter. How to stop this????

Received many calls from 1-800-295-0851. Very annoyed. They call day and night. I get at least 3-4 voice message from them a day. I know they are scamming people for their money, and try to scare people that it is a court matter, BLAH! So I called them back finally today after many months of these nonsense calls filling my answering machine, using *67 to block my #, because they can trace your #, BEWARE, and these suckers still traced it. The guy didn't give me his name but I told him in a very annoyed tone, " I'm just calling back because I've been getting A LOT of missed call from this #!" Of course, he puts me on hold to trace my #. Then he got back on the line and said, "Yes, I'm trying to reach Gabreilla..." I replied, "There is NO ONE by that name here!" As simple as that, he replies, "Ok, I'll take you off the mailing list." Trust me, I was ready to cuss this guy out if he tries pulling any court matter on me or that I owe money. NO WAY!

They call my office phone everyday, sometimes several times a day! It gets tiresome and I can not ignore the calls, it's a business phone.

They call with Unknown Caller showing on my caller ID. They give me a call back # 800-295-0851. I called it and they wanted my number, which I refused to give them, so then they told me what my number was. This is a common collection agency trick. Just don't answer. They don't respect the Do Not Call registry.

A man threatening us about an important court matter named Nicholas Rodriguez, calling for anyone at our home.
It is a very creepy call. I am not answering any calls like this. Sounds suspicious.

They left several voice recordings saying it was a court matter.
Caller says they are from Municipal Court and insisted on speaking with my sister. Would not give any information to me, but was asking for my sister.
