A lady left message, saying urgent matter and asking us to call back at 1-800-295-0851

I got the same call from the same #. I googled MSB and they are a collection agency for courts but the 800 # 0581 doesnt match theirs on their site. My thing was a trespass when I was homeless back in 96 in Oregon and I live in Ca. I had talked to a lady previously , she had my birth date and said I owed $850. I told her I had no money, she said she would make a note of that, and that was the end of the conversation. Now MSB is calling all over again leaving the messages. I would think that there would be a statue of limitations on this mistamenor. charge. Weather this is a legitimate beef or not I do not know. I never called them back.

a lady calling herself "Gloria" just called me,knowing some info about me including the last four digits of my social security number,never provided an account number and said that a warrant had been issued for my arrest.she knew a lot about me,but only simple stuff anyone can dig up on the web !!,,BE CAREFUL OUT THERE !!!!,,I hope I was of some help to someone,,Good Luck !!!!

A man named who called himself "Rudy" called and asked for someone he thought would be at my number. He said he was with "Municipal Services" and that the call was regarding a $537 obligation that the person he was looking for owed. I asked "Rudy" his last name and he said, "I can't give that to you for security reasons." Then he asked me my relationship to the person he was calling for and asked me whether I was responsible or assisted in the matters of the person he was calling for. I told him "I'm not telling you even whether I have any relationship to that person because you won't tell me your last name."

The caller was polite, but insistent. I consulted with the target of his call and found out that there were NO obligation (like traffic or parking fines, unpaid bills, etc.) due and that the caller was some kind of scamp.

Received a call from these people, calling themselves New Mexico Municipal Services Bureau. Was told that I have an outstanding traffic ticket, for nearly $300, from clear back in 2003, and that I must pay them immediately or face further fines and other charges. They read me my SSN, they've got my address, obviously they've got me phone number. I told them to mail me EVERYTHING in writing, that came down from the court, regarding this matter. I will be very surprised if they respond, and in fact, I was told there is no guarantee that the court will accommodate them in my request. Reading the earlier comments here, I am also beginning to think that these folks are criminals.
