I have this number blocked by means of disconnect. But for some reason call block does not block calls from this number allowing calls to ring through to my voicemail.
I have the block set on disconnect. If the block is working properly it would disconnect the call on the first ring from that number. If the call is disconnected I shouldn't be getting messages in my voicemail. NOW FIX THIS PROBLEM!

I have listed this phone number as a collection agenecy to be blocked. It was being blocked until 1 minute ago when somehow the blocker failed. The call goes through and a message was left in my voicemail. The method I use to block is disconnect. If it is supposed to disconnect the number I should not be getting messages forwared to my voicemail. You have got to find out why this keeps happening. It's annoying and frustrating. I pay for BLOCKING SERVICES and I expect to get what I pay for.

Keeps getting past my block somehow. It calls my number the blocker says it is blocked but it keeps getting through and leaving me voicemail messages. I have my blocker set to disconnect these calls. If it was disconnecting then I would not be getting voice voicemail messages would I? I pay for your services and I expect to get what I pay for!
