Calling repeatedly. Left a message once. Did not identify their organization and did not state name of who they were looking for, Had a web chat with them, they refused to look me up by Phone Number, kept asking for my personal info. I told them that I believed it was a scam since I had not received anything in the mail and that they should not call again.... but they did - no message. Shouldn't have bothered to web chat with them. Good luck blocking them they have multiple numbers they call from.
