just received this automated message in my messages at work. I work at a bank.....wrong place to call buddy!!

I just got a voicemail to text message when I didn't answer saying they were calling from Revenue Canada and I or my attorney need to call back immediately - called back and he was all authoritative and pissed off sounding and when he said his name I replied with "awesome I just wanted to make sure this line actually works so I can report it to the RCMP" and hung up.

My daughter got the same call, same person, same number. The guy hung up on me immediately once I called back "as her attorney" and questions him.

This is some Packie working for the Indian Government. I got that far

Just received the same call. I, too, disregarded it. I can see why some older people get taken as 'Sean' speaks in such an authoritative voice and gives his name.

Scam call, got it yesterday and they left a message.
Shawn White - said i'd be facing legal action if i didn't call back.

I just got the same call this morning. Sounded like a scam call to me. Does anyone know where we can report this?

I just got a call today at 3pm from Shawn Light. I called back and they said i have to pay $4000 and if I can't I need to give them my lawyers number so he can discuss this matter. But I asked what money I owe and after I kept asking questions they hang up.
It's a scam for sure

I actually called back and it was extremely threatening saying that the RCMP would be arresting me because the CRA was about to issue an arrest warrant. Why do people get away with this? I was transferred to someone else so that I could take action to avoid legal action and jail time (up to 18 months). I was supposed to pay the amount owing immediately. I want to call the RCMP.

Got a call from this number today, from Officer Shawn White claiming to be from CRA. Sounded completely robotic saying I would suffer legal ramifications. Disregarded.
