Your local TV station or Newspaper probably has a consumer action show or column. Contact them and and see if they can help. The consumer action column in my local newspaper has helped people with crooked collection agencies like NAFS. A friend of mine was helped by a local TV station over a dispute with a phone company.
Here are some other news outlets to contact. I would enjoy seeing Mr Lynch or whatever fake name he is using trying to hide from the cameras. Since NAFS insists on calling the wrong phone number eventually they will harass somebody that can do something about the calls.

Report every phone call you get to the Do Not Call List

Caller: Low life crooks
This company is a scam or a collection agency run by totally incompetent low life scum.
If you decide to call these creeps back don't give them any personal information and let them to tell you who they are calling for. Most of the time they don't even bother trying to call the correct phone number.
If they know your name and claim you owe debt make them put it in writing. They must send you a letter within five days. There is a very good chance they won't send the info in writing because they probably can't prove it. They will probably claim you owe debt for something that may have occurred several years. This is a good way to rip off honest people since most people don't keep records from years ago.
Never give anybody your credit card info, bank account number or social security number over the phone.
Every time they call report the call to the Do Not Call list.
