(800) 304-8519

I received a new cell phone last week and immediately began receiving calls from 800-304-8519 and 999-999-9999. No voicemail when I don't answer. After googling number it appears the previous cell phone number owner had credit problems.

I am getting robo calls from this number saying they are debt collectors and to call Mr. Lynch. Reported it to PA Atty Gen. Today in the mail I got a notice from National Action Financial Services with this phone number and address as: 165 Lawrence Bell Drive Ste. 100 PO box 9027 Williamsville NY 14231. They list a creditor as being Cavalry Portfolio Services LLC and that I have balance with Sprint of $306. I never had Sprint EVER and I got these messages in USPS many years ago with the same info. Thought I had gotten rid of them! I wouldn't even bother calling them--it will just encourage them. I am keeping logs of phone calls and USPS mail.

Received three phone calls from this number. They never say who they are calling for. They say they have repeatedly tried to get in contact with me. We have excellent credit and no outstanding debts.

would like for this company to quit calling my phone number this has been turned into state attorny office for harrasement

another piece of human trash willing to take avarything from old and sick weak and not educated---these people are getting away with this because of the lack of caring by those in charge of putting these criminals behind bars this is a scam plain and simple yet where are the authorities---maby sitting on there thumbs waiting for there pay check huh----well they called the wrong person---this is laronvonbaron and i sink ships like this for fun and i am going to either make the scammers pay or know why from those responsible of rstopping them----a vid will be on you tube today exposing these lost souls from hell

My husband received a call from a recorded message call. He returned the call and after waiting on hold for several minutes, a representative finally answered. My husband told him that someone called him and needed to find out what the call was about since we have no unsettled debt. The rep asked him who called and my husband did not know who it was. The rep then asked him what number they called so my husband gave him the phone number, the rep repeated the number to him and then hung up. My husband called back and was on hold for 10 minutes and no one ever picked up.

I don't know who this is but someone has been calling my hour for many years for an Ezle McKenzie. This is getting on my nerves because it is not me. My last name is Mckenzie but I do not know this Ezle. I don't even know if I'm spelling the first name right but I wish they would hurry up and find her. I should not have to suffer because we have the same last name. I don't even have bill collectors calling for me. I pay my bill so I should not have to be bothered by other people's bill collector's it is not fair and I really wish it could stop! They keep telling me they are going to take my name off the list but still call again even though it is months later but still don't call at all because the company it not calling for me! Please Stop calling my number!!!

I get several automated calls a day from this Daniel Lynch with both the message that they have an important matter I need to resolve and also that they are attempting to collect a debt. I have not attempted to return the call yet, but I am tempted to now after reading so many others who have similar complaints. Also - BEWARE - a little over a year ago I received a "collection notice" from National Action Financial Services with a bogus account number and an amount owed of over $3000. They did not notate the "original creditor". I had previously been through some collection agency issues, and had my SSN card stolen so I am pretty diligent with notating all my debts including account numbers so I know where I am accountable. I sent back a copy of the notice and a letter asking them for more information regarding that debt because I was certain it was not mine. I never heard back from them and it's not on my credit report. Keep your eyes out just in case they try that on you.

received several calls from 800-304-8519 and 866-522-1244 from national action financial services, for a person who has been in prison since 2003; michael dunn for vehicular manslaughter. this is not legitimate collection agency if it were they would this man is in a federal prison and do their research before calling our house to harass us. do not return the call instead file a complaint with do not call registry and your attorney general's office.

They keep calling. won't say what for ... leaves msg to contac Daniel Lynch - think its a scam. How do I stop these guys from calling; there number is 1-800-304-8516.

I've been getting a call from this number everyday, and so many times a day. They leave a messages, and request to call back with someone names that I really don't know. I am debt free as well my family, so I call them back and request to take off our number from their system, but they still calling everyday. I can't hand this call any more, so I must report this number (or this company) for goverment or some one that can help to stop this scam.
