There was a pause before being asked to speak with the accounting department. When that wasn't an option they asked if I could help them. The woman identified herself as Nancy with quickbooks and wanted to be confirm if we used it. I told her I would not be confirming any information but would gladly take her message. She paused and then said thank you and hung up.

Just asked was i still using quickbooks was very weird tried calling back and phone line was not in service
