I have been receiving calls for the past 3 days ever 46 minutes and this is the number that comes up in my caller id. I called it back and it's owned by Credit One Bank. They didn't have my number nor my name in their system. The woman also confirmed that their number is an "877" number not the number we're all referring to in this tread so I'm assuming a scammer is using it as a "cover number". In my case, the scammer (a male voice), must have lifted it off the internet because they are using a private number that only one person has and is to use in the case of an emergency. This is all ridiculous!
