Received a call today, 02/07/2024. Said her name was Alex Torres from Sharp. She knew our copier model also. Said since we weren't notified of a recent price increase in a timely manner, they will send us toner at the old price for 24 months, and dispatch will call tomorrow to confirm. It was very fishy so I called Sharp customer service to see if this was real, was told it is definitely a scam. We are located in AZ.

This scam continues. Received a call yesterday, 9/10/2019. They falsely claimed that they worked with our current Office Supply company. They made it sound like they were cutting us a deal for the next 12 months on printer ink. Had our model number of our printer. Talked to the shipping person who said they are not associated with our current office supply company. Called my office supply company who confirmed it. Watch out, they're sneaky. We're located in the Midwest US.
