Called calming to be Bank of America. This is a business and no one by that name has worked here. it is fraud trying to get information out of you.
I was called about a double charge on my credit card. Definitely legit call. However, the front desk employee of a hotel is somewhat incompetent/confused or the software she was using to charge me is old/outdated.

They have called 3 times so far today and each time it is for a different person and card number. I'd say definitely fraud.

If this call had been identified as Bank of America rather than just toll-free, I would have answered it. Please identify yourselves. There are so many junk calls. I could have handled the fraudulent charges sooner had I known the caller!
