Telemarking

This number was given out by heavily foreign accented individual that attempted to "Issue me a refund on my AT&T bill for $29" only they missed the fact I'm not an AT&T customer. All my phones are with other carriers. What really got suspicious is when they said they would bring the refund check to me personally. I asked for supervisor, who was also foreign speaking, and heard comments in background to the effect of "just let me try....I'll get him" at which I told them I would report to Feds and hung up. They further purported to represent billing for several of the major phone companies AT&T/Verizon/etc.
