When someone tries to block their number, they'll get a message stating that you do not accept blocked calls. 2)Pick up your phone and dial *60. You will get a stuttered dial tone. Then enter the phone number you wish to block. Wait for the operator again to say that the service has been activated. Also a free service. You can only block up to 12 numbers, so be choosy. 3)Call 1-888-382-1222. This is the Do Not Call registry. It completely takes effect in 30 days. After the 30 days, if they still call, you have the right to sue them. He also told me that he could see the numbers coming in on my phone, and that I can obtain a copy in case I do need to file a lawsuit. Pass this information to anybody and everybody you know

They have called me several times and when I answer no one says anything. Wish they would quit. I call back and message says they are not accepting calls. My voicemail picked up and they said that was a stupid message too.

They keep asking for someone named Delbert and I don't know anyone by this name. They have called using multiple 800 numbers and from the 602 area code.
