I keep getting calls from 800-332-1962. They keep asking for Rachel Winebarger. I called them back asking why I keep getting calls for Rachel Winebarger. The first lady hung up on me. The second time I called, the lady told me that Rachel has been using my phone number going to hospitals, and that this was a collection agency. I don't believe it. I believe it is a way they have to test to see if it is working number and to see who answers.
