Call is fine. It's not so much a line for a specific bank, but VISA checking on questionable transactions for banks that use their card. The number is listed on my credit union's site as the number for VISA fraud prevention.
I had a charge declined, with a call from this number about three hours later from the transaction review department. After I found the number on my credit card's website, I called back. They did ask for some personal information, then read my last seven or so charges back to me to verify. No issues.
Nancy from First National Bank of Alaska called from Transaction Review Department regarding my Mastercard. Asked me to call back at 800-337-3392. I don't bank with FNBA.
Called me saying he was from Union Bank, knew my name, and wanted me to confirm by answering a text he was to send, I said I will can UB myself and hanged up.
Spam - stated they were Associated Bank

I received a call from this number. Caller ID was PACE Fraud 2005. They left a message that they were the Transaction Review Department and to call them back at 1-888-230-1570, in regards to recent transactions on our bank debit card.
Being suspicious, I instead called the number on the back of my debit card.
There was a fraudulent attempt to make a purchase on my account. They said they were trying to contact me.
