Scam. Receive a call from Bambi at Associated Bank. My wife works for Associated Bank, it's a huge scam.

Maybe your wife should ask her boss about the phone number, because it is a legit phone number and your wife is wrong.
the phone number 800-337-4641 that you received is from the collections department and they only call when you missed a payment or your checking account is overdrawn. Have your wife talk to the collections department to verify that nothing is wrong with your accounts. Bet you anything that you are missing either a payment or your checking account is overdrawn.

Claimed to be Associated Bank, Carmen. Asked me to call back at 800 337 4641 x 4898. The customer service number for Associated Bank is 800-236-8866.
Customer service number is 800.236.8866, but the phone number 800.337.4641 is for collections. You must have an overdue payment that is at least 30 days past due
Savings account below minimum balance reminder. This is legitimate, I called my bank directly and asked about this phone number.
Got a call today. Claimed to be Associated Bank. Wanted my account number or Social Security number. Told her I would report her, and she hung up.

This a a fraudulent caller that will try and get your account info.....account numbers,etc. THey say they have imprtant info but can only help if you give them you account numbers.
