Collection agency harasses persons not related to me for example this agency has called former spouses of former husbands and their families such as former step children because we shared the same last name.

They keep calling wanting personal information, but will not provide any proof of debt in writing. This appears to be an illegitimate collection agency as they won't provide any details in writing. Also the site they give uses a phone number that is other than the one they provide.

They call OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Before they will tell me what they are calling for, they ask me to confirm my social security number. Ummm NO, I don't think so!
